New release in October 2018: The Journal Criminal Law Forum dedicates a special issue to "Human Rights Compliance and Corporate Criminal Liability", edited by Prof Dr Dr hc Kai Ambos and Prof Dr Carsten Momsen, which among others includes articles based on lectures held during the "Corporate Compliance and Human Rights" symposium at the FU Berlin in February 2018.
