Human Rights Compliance
New publication in October 2018: The journal Criminal Law Forum dedicates a special issue to the topic "Human Rights Compliance and Corporate Criminal Liability", edited by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Kai Ambos and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Carsten Momsen, which includes, among other things, contributions based on presentations given at the symposiumorganized at the FU Berlin in February 2018.

On February 23, 2018, an international symposium on new tools for preventing human rights abuses by international corporations was held at the Henry Ford Building of the FU Berlin. The symposium was organized by FU Berlin, Prof. Dr. Carsten Momsen, Ruhr University Bochum, Prof. Dr. Tobias Singelnstein, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, Berlin, and Baker McKenzie, Munich.
