Transatlantic Seminar on Consumer Law, Technology and Inequality

The inaugural session of the Transatlantic Seminar on Consumer Law, Technology and Inequality, devoted to Consumer Privacy and Inequality, will take place online, on September 1, 4:00 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. CEST (10:00 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. EST).
The panel discussion will feature Hayley Tsukayama (Electronic Frontier Foundation), Ari Ezra Waldman (Northeastern University School of Law), Christiane Wendehorst (University of Vienna; President of the European Law Institute), and Wojciech Wiewiórowski (European Data Protection Supervisor).
The Transatlantic Seminar is organised and hosted by Yale Law School Center for Private Law, Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, European University Institute in Florence, and Free University of Berlin.
