Course Content

IIl corso intende fornire le coordinate essenziali per avere una comprensione quanto più chiara e completa possibile della disciplina interna del diritto privato. Dal punto di vista metodologico fonda le proprie premesse su due coordinate di riferimento: la distinzione, critica e criticabile, tra diritto privato e diritto pubblico nel panorama delle fonti e l’orientamento costituzionalmente orientato nella lettura degli istituti giusprivatistici trattati. Quanto ai contenuti, invece, durante le lezioni ci si soffermerà in particolare sullo studio di alcuni libri del codice civile italiano, specificamente: libro I, titolo V incluso e libro IV, con particolare enfasi sui primi due titoli (delle obbligazioni e dei contratti in generale).

Course Registration

Law students will not be enrolled for this course via Campus Management. Please write an e-mail to Mr. Dr. Petrosino from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de in order to be admitted to this course. This e-mail should include the following information:
  • the title of the course that you wish to sign up for
  • your full name
  • your FU enrollment number (Student ID, in German: Matrikelnummer)
  • your study program (Law)
Registration deadline: Until the first day of the course.

De-Registration from this Course

You can only drop this course with a valid cause until 14 days prior to the exam. Please contact the International Office at the Law Department and Mr. Dr. Petrosino from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de if you have to use this option. 

Type of Exam and Exam Period

Oral Exam. More details will be announced in class.

Grade Release

It will technically not be possible for the professor to enter your grade on Campus Management

Please make sure that Mr. Dr. Petrosino from the Center for Italian Studies (italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de) transmits your grade to the International Office at the Law Department via e-mail.
