Course Description
Il corso è rivolto allo studio di una disciplina particolare del libro quarto delle obbligazioni, contenuta nel titolo IX “dei fatti illeciti”. In concreto, con questo ciclo di lezioni si intende approfondire i profili critici della responsabilità aquiliana, non prima di averne individuato gli elementi essenziali e i punti differenziali con quella contrattuale. L’approccio metodologico prescelto si concentrerà in gran parte sull’analisi – e sul successivo dibattito che ne seguirà in classe – della giurisprudenza interna di legittimità.
Literature
Durante le lezioni il docente fornirà materiale aggiuntivo necessario a integrare gli appunti e il manuale.
Il manuale consigliato è:
- G. VISINTINI, Cos’è la responsabilità civile. Fondamenti della disciplina dei fatti illeciti e dell’inadempimento contrattuale, Napoli, ESI, ult. ed. (2019), relativamente alle seguenti pagine: 11-22 (introduzione); 45-78 (cap. I); 109-156 (cap. III); 195-203 (cap. V); 219-261 (cap. VII); 267-297 (cap. X).

Course Registration

De-Registration from this Course
You can only drop this course with a valid cause until 14 days prior to the exam. Please contact the International Office at the Law Department and Mr. Dr. Petrosino from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de if you have to use this option.
Type of Exam and Exam Period
Oral Exam. More details will be announced in class.
Registration for the Exam
Students will automatically be registered for the exam when they sign up for this course.
De-Registration from the Exam
Students who drop this course via Campus Management are automatically de-registered from the exam. Students who do not drop this course via Campus Management and do not take the exam, are going to finish this course with a non-passing grade (0 points).
Grade Release
It will technically not be possible for the professor to enter your grade on Campus Management
Please make sure that Mr. Dr. Petrosino from the Center for Italian Studies (italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de) transmits your grade to the International Office at the Law Department via e-mail.
