The Law Department of Freie Universität Berlin is part of a global network of partner universities.

Visiting professors from our partner Law Schools regularly come to the Law Department of Freie Universität Berlin to teach courses in comparative law or in public international law.

In turn, professors from the Law Department of Freie Universität Berlin regularly seize the opportunity to give presentations or to teach entire courses at our partner universities abroad.

This cooperation gives an international dimension to local curricula and provides local students with the opportunity to acquire foreign legal language skills. These types of exchanges can also be the basis for joint research projects and joint degree programs.
