Talk by Prof. Dr. Máximo Langer: Problems in US-american Juvenile Criminal Procedures

On the 29th of May 2019, 16:30-18:30h (SR 3302/04, Boltzmannstr. 3) Prof. Dr. Máximo Langer from the Law School of UCLA will hold a talk concerning the topic "American Juvenile Justice and the Problem of Adversarial Power". The talk is a joint event by the Law Clinic and the lecture Juvenile Criminal Law and Penitentiary Law. All are welcome.
The talk is a contribution to the project "Criminal Justice Reform in the US" (Kirstin Drenkhahn & Carsten Momsen). In that setting we discuss criminal sanctions, proceedings, penitentiary law and juvenile criminal law with academics, practitioners of criminal justice and US Politicians.
