Mr Caruso Cunha is a graduate of the MBL-FU program and has been working as a research associate for several years. He also holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He has practiced as a lawyer since 2002 mostly on civil, real estate and commercial matters. Mr Caruso Cunha is fluent in six languages and an active member of various jurist associations (e.g. German-Brazilian Jurist Association, German-Lusitan Jurist Association). His research focuses on competition policy (competition law and competition economics) and the changes posed to it by digitalisation.
