Studying at the CTLS
Students who speak English fluently and who are interested in international law and comparative law are encouraged to apply for one of the places that are available each year. One of the places for one semester is provided free of tuition, whereas all additional students are charged with a tuition of USD 12,500 per semester.
Alongside a required course on the theory of international law and an accompanying workshop given by academics and practitioners who lead their respective fields, the programme offers a number of different elective courses in international public law, international criminal law, and comparative and transnational private law or conflict of laws. The specific elective courses offered each term change depending on the faculty who are in residence at the CTLS during that term.
